It is handy to have a nice long charging cable and I appreciate the heft and durability of this one. I have other Anker products and consider them a more reliable source of this type of item. They are made in the USA and have a substantial woven outer cover. I like the orange color too, all the better to keep from tripping on them. We have these two on the two sides of our adjustable sofa which came with charging ports on each arm rest. Now we always know where the charging cable is and hubby and I are both happy.

It seems Lightning cables all eventually break after a couple of months of use in my house. We have three kids that test the limits of any charging cable, so when you find a good one, it pays to stick with it. I've been using various Anker cables for the past couple of years and I have had only 2 cables fail and Anker replaced them for me without any hassle! .The Anker PowerLine+ cables are built better than the cables Apple provided with the device. I have a USB meter that helped me prove that as well. I can only get about 2 Amps when charging my iPad when using an OEM Apple cable. I can get almost 2.4 Amps when using one of these Anker cables. Basically the Anker cables can deliver around 12 Watts and the Apple Cable can only deliver 10 Watts. This would allow your device to charger quicker since more juice is being delivered through the cable.What I like:1. The cables are well built and durable.2. They can charge devices quicker since they are capable of delivering more current than the stock cable or other inferior cables.3. The PoweLine+ series of cables have a nice quality feel to them over everything else I've tried. They are very flexible.4. Anker has an 18 month hassle free warranty on these cables, so if one breaks they will replace it for you and it is an easy process!What could use improvement:1: I'm mixed on the included cable pouch. It is ice, but I think I prefer just the Velcro cable strap by itself. Just a personal preference though.Remember, Your charging will only be quick if all of the components being used are quality components, so your weakest link will determine your charging speeds. If you use a cable that is capable of delivering 1 A, then a 2 Amp charger will only deliver 1 Amp and vise versa. Don't skimp on your cables. I've tested many cables that will only deliver 1/2 Amp so your device will charge very slowly, and I promptly dispose these under-performing cables. The Anker cables will help you get optimal charging if used with a quality charger.

Ordered two 6-footers and two 3-footers of the PowerLine+ cables because I've been buying Anker products for a few years now and they're consistently good. I made the switch from Android to Apple and realized I went from having about 14 cables to having one and decided to fix it. With my previous Anker products, my biggest complaint has been that they last so long I don't need to replace them as fast as I like getting shiny new things. Seriously. I have a backup battery pack for my phones that I've had for about 5 years and have taken cross country half a dozen times and camping at least that many and... it still works great. I want a new one but that one won't die!Anyway- these are the Mercedes AMG of charging cable. Thick, sturdy, good looking, and the drain cable (the important one) is THICK so this will charge at the fastest rate your device will accept. The terminations are STRONG. The cord looks sexy and it's pretty stiff so it doesn't snake down the side of the counter at the slightest disturbance. I doubt I'm capable of wearing these out but I'll be buying more if I manage to need them.Disclosure- I copied/pasted the same review for the 3s and the 6s because... they're identical and they're amazing and I type for a living so I don't want to do it again.

I love these cables! No more buying cables or soldering cables back together. My cat chews through all cables big and small, which has caused me to be more observant when buying cables. The Double-braided nylon exterior protects more than just my cable, it protects my wallet!Do not buy a standard USB cable, buy this one.I can confirm they are compatible with IPhone 6/7.Update June 2018 - After a year of having these cables they are still working perfectly. In fact I just ordered a couple more.Update September 2019 - 2 Years in my first cable has failed. After carrying one of these cables and using daily for the last couple years the cable has started to become intermittent. Seems like there are open wires inside the overmold, as it works if I wiggle the cable at the mold. I would still recommend these based off the price and quality aspects. You are getting an above average cable for a low price.

I will say that the charging wires are packaged really nice and seem very well constructed, they charge fairly quickly with the anker fast charger. However, after about 2 weeks of use, one of the cords stopped working completely. I have tried different USB adapters and the cord does not charge any devices. I am kinda surprised to have a cord die this quickly through normal use. They look to be well made, but they just don’t seem to last.UPDATE:Anker definitely stands by their products and was quick to ship me a replacement. The replacement works great so the bad cable must’ve just been a fluke. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them after this.

I bought my first Anker product a few years ago and now I have purchased at least a dozen of their products from cables to battery packs. The cables are the best in class and outperform/outlast others. My first cables have lasted a couple of years of heavy use. The cables arrive in packaging reminiscent of an Apple product. These cables specifically come with a handsome carrying case to protect them during travel. I highly recommend Anker products to everyone I know!

Die originalen Lightning plastikummantelten Ladekabel gehen bei mir regelmäßig nach wenigen Monaten am Stecker zum Ipad oder IPhone kaputt. Und das geht jedem in der Familie so. Nun habe ich einmal die Anker Alternative getestet und muss sagen, dass ich mehr als zufrieden damit bin. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, die roten Kabel sehen auch noch edel aus, die Stecker sitzen fest und vor allen Dingen zeigen sich nun nach ein paar Wochen intensiver Nutzung der beiden Kabel mit diversen Geräten und mehrmaligem Aufladen pro Tag überhaupt keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Das sieht bei den Plastikkabeln in dieser Zeit schon etwas anders aus.Ich bin begeistert und ich werde die noch im Einsatz befindlichen, zum Teil schon defekten alten Ladekabel der gesamten Familie nun nach und nach ersetzen.Die Fotos zeigen den aktuellen Zustand der Problemzonen nach mehrwöchiger intensiver Nutzung.

Di Anker ormai mi fido. Ho molti prodotti di questa ditta e fino a oggi non sono mai rimasto deluso. E' però la prima volta che acquisto da loro dei cavi di collegamento per il cellulare. Ne ho parecchi di cavetti di questo tipo, li tengo un po' ovunque, per averne sempre uno a disposizione in caso di bisogno... E come tutti ormai si saranno accorti, che siano originali, che siano di terze parti acquistati in negozio, pur costando un botto, finiscono per rompersi in tempi piuttosto rapidi, e sempre alla base del connettore... E mi domando perché accada, visto che ho cavetti usb con anni e anni sulle spalle e che non hanno mai dato problemi, mentre questi lightning son delicatissimi. Boh!A ogni modo... Perché spendere 20 euro per un cavetto di marca quando poi si rompe esattamente come uno da nove? E se quello da nove è persino rinforzato, mentre quello da 20 no... Che senso ha? E allora ho fatto il salto. Ho preso questi, che sono due, che mi vengono forniti in una comoda confezione da viaggio, eccetera eccetera.I cavetti corrispondono a quanto descritto. Sono dei cavi lightning a tutti gli effetti, rossi, rinforzati, e perfettamente compatibili con iPhone e iPad, non solo per ricaricare i dispositivi, ma anche per lo scambio dati.Fino a ora li ho usati poco, lo ammetto, forse due o tre volte in tutto, ma visto il prezzo, temevo sinceramente di beccare una fregatura. E invece funzionano senza problemi.Sulla durata nel lungo periodo non posso rispondere... Ma prometto - come sempre faccio con le mie recensioni - che se capita qualche sorpresa, tornerò ad aggiornare sia la recensione, sia il voto.Per ora sono soddisfatto!

J'ai acheté 4 de ces câbles en tout, et aucun n'a jamais manqué ni fait défaut.J'ai même vivement recommandé ce câble à tout mon entourage, et beaucoup l'on acheté.Durée de vie LARGEMENT plus grande que les officiels Apple, et bien entendu ils sont MFI (Made for iPhone) donc totalement certifiés fonctionnels pour tous les périphériques Apple. Vous n'aurez pas de message "cet accessoire n'est pas pris en charge".
