Good value for the price - 2 months worth (2 a day). So far this is the only supplement that actually decreased cholesterol by about 20 points after taking it for 3 months. I also tried 3 different brands of plant sterols but those didn't seem to make a difference.

To help with my LDL cholesterol. Just started taking, so the effect is to be seen yet. The capsule isn’t huge, I think, but it keeps getting stuck on my throat, or I feel. Taking it with a lot of water might help.

I bought it to lower my cholesterol and to up my good cholesterol. I made a mistake though, I took half of a dose. So now I am taking the recommended amount, however I didn’t check my cholesterol levels yet. One interesting side effect from bergamot…I lost weight not a lot about 3lbs which I didn’t really need. Otherwise I am happy with the quality of this product.

I didn’t get sick. 🤷🏼‍♂️ after taking this religiously for almost the entire bottle worth, I had my blood draw before and after. Numbers were almost identical.
