We were pleasantly surprised to learn they are pliable and fit over joints, i.e knees, shoulders nicely. They are a perfect size and can be used for ice pak ( if not frozen too hard) & can be microwaved & used for heat too.We used them alternately one warm - one cool. Good quality and we're shiped and received promptly. We recommend!

Great coverage, easy to wash, great quality, and does the job... but it isn't soft. Doesn't leak, so that's good. But, it's not very easy to conform to your painful spot due to it's rigidity when frozen. So, if you need your eyes covered... good luck... frozin solid like a rock.

These ice packs work great! They're a convenient size so it's easy to place them where you need them. Nice to have a pack of 2 so when one is no longer cold enough, you can put it back in the freezer to refreeze and pull the other one out.

Exactly as described and better! The cold packs are very cold and are great for reducing swelling and the wrap is perfect for keeping the packs in place whether on your hand, feet, leg or arm!

They are very good quality and the right size for back of neck.
