R.E.D.D. Bar, Peanut Butter Vegan Protein Bar, Low Sugar, Gluten Free, High Fiber, Adaptogens and Superfoods, 12 Bars

I love these bars, but had to give them up for the sake of my marriage. I also found out farting is a common side effect with plant-based proteins. My wife said that if I farted one more time, she'd leave me. I thought about this for about a week, and decided on my wife.

I have been eating the Oatmeal R.E.D.D. bar every day for breakfast for about a year and a half. I truly enjoy them and look forward to eating them but the Oatmeal R.E.D.D. bar is one of the most inconsistent bars I have ever had in terms of taste and texture but it's still a favorite of mine. Every time I reup my weekly supply I have no idea what kind of bar I am going to open up. Some have a maple flavor, some don't, some have dark chocolate chips, some have lighter bigger chocolate chips, some have crumbly powder texture, some have hard texture, but I still enjoy them nonetheless. The actual calories of the bar are 271 not 230 as advertised. So, if you need to count your calories, make note of that.

The oatmeal bar is the only bar I've found that tastes really good, has ingredients that don't bother my stomach and actually make me feel good, and has incredibly low sugar. I had a friend try the oatmeal bar and she said it was amazing and was going to go get some. The Mint chocolate flavor is minty and chocolatey, so it is fine. The salted caramel was not good, couldn't even eat it. Hope they keep making them!

Previously ordered three times in the past 2 months. Loved the taste, quality and convenience. Just went to place another order but price went from$19 for the chocolate 2 pk to over $30! Will find another plant based product that’s more reasonable priced.

Delicious and nutritious! Also addictive had one everyday for breakfast till box was empty. Would of given 5 stars if only hadn't effected blood sugar, had to eat almost exactly 3hours after, prefer longer for instance old-fashioned oats less reactive. Overall Great grab-n-go or hold over till can prepare meal.

Tastes great and has all the nutrients I need. I'm really happy they created the Peanut Butter flavor as I love the taste and it's such an ideal flavor for a bar packed with so much protein. There are a lot of bars that don't get the right balance between taste and ingredients, but the R.e.d.d. bars all have it just right. Having the caffeine, the bar always gives me a nice energy boost. I especially like them after a workout to pick me up for whatever is next.

Is it been my favorite protein bars for years. But they just redid the formulation and there’s less protein now the items pictured here on the actual ones anymore. They still taste good but they’re just not what they used to be. Still haven’t gotten over that they made them smaller the last time they changed everything a couple years ago.

First off, I would like to state that the product tastes EXCELLENT. The boxing was decent and not excessive, nor confusing or frustrating. I greatly like the wide variety of high quality ingredients featured in the bar, including the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals, a decent portion of vegan protein, and a relatively useful dose of naturally occurring caffeine. The bars themselves are GREAT.Why the low rating? I'm very sorry ReDD, but your manufacturing process, specifically the process that seals the rear flap fold of the wrapper, is not up to par- at all.I've attached pictures for reference, yours and others in case they notice the same thing. The seam on the flap in the pictures was improperly sealed on many of the bars within the box, specifically with 2-3 out of each of the 6-pc boxes that we're included in the larger box. I hope you guys understand why it's concerning to receive a box with roughly 33% of the contents having openings on the seams, therefore not being airtight, and being susceptible to bacterial growth during the packing and transportation processes. At first, I thought storing those particular bars in the fridge would be good but now, I think unfortunately I will have to toss them, as it's not worth the risk with literally a full 1cm opening on the rear flap, not just a tiny pinhole.I noticed it due to the suspiciously strong chocolate and coffee scent I smelled as soon as I opened the box, which I thought was strange. This prompted me to check all of the bars to see if they were airtight. Unfortunately, as I indicated above, 33%( 2 bars in one box, 3 in the other) were already open, not airtight, and felt/feel slightly firmer than the airtight, properly sealed ones. Quite a shame, as I indicated earlier, I do love the taste and the ingredients of the bar, it's a smart, clever product- just please invest in and double check the sealing mechanisms/processes for the wrapper, rear side, the top, ~1cm in from the edge of the wrapper, the middle flap seal. The holes/slits were consistently there on all compromised bars, and it seams to be defective crimping or gluing equipment for sealing.Anybody else receiving delicious, but unsealed bars?Last photo: bars on left, face down, unsealed; bars on right, face-up, sealed- and delicious!
