Great fridge freezer very quiet and easy to set up app and it was easy the move into place as it has rollers

Better than I expected, quiet running, plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer, the cold water dispenser is a fantastic thing (daughter suggested we put wine in there 😀) I simply love this fridge freezer. The two guys who delivered were respectful and went above and beyond to move it from one place to another, and had great manners too. And no, we did not put wine in the water dispenser...

I love Hisense affordable products and great quality. This fridge was 1/3 price of other top brands and it is amazing very spacious and I love how both doors open to reveal a huge open space

First time I’ve left a negative review and it’s not negative about the fridge which after two weeks seems 5star easy to use , quiet and everything seems good temperature wise ,and plenty of room , but the delivery of this product was shocking, basically left it in a room I didn’t want it in and delivery men couldn’t get out the house quick enough basically no interest in helping me the customer

Delivery team were absolutely fantastic. Went above and beyond to get the unit in place, which weren’t easy. I’ve seen a few complaints about delivery teams but I can honestly say these guys were absolutely fantastic. Product looks great and looking forward to using it.

An amazing fridge freezer

Waste of money. I've had this fridge only for a few weeks then breaks down. I've been on to Amazon for nearly 2 months to resolve this but i'm getting nowhere with this Fridge Freezer. I am now in a position that I have to get this fridge freezer binned as no one is able to repair it and Hi Sense didn't help either. Apparently the 2 year warranty doesn't apply to this item event tho it only lasted 2 weeks before breaking down. Poor Service from Amazon and Hi Sence. I've lost complete trust with amazon. Better off buying from a local store.

Im a Hisense fan, have all their electricals. But this has errors straight out of the box. Temperature 🌡 and humidity sensor faults. Error codes sent to my phone.. and on the LCD display. Hisense warranty are useless. Been waiting 4 weeks now for them to come and fix it. Im going to send it back if not sorted soon. Apart from that it is a nice fridge freezer and looks the part.

Il frigo è ottimo è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti è arrivato con un angolo dello sportello leggermente ammaccato ma pochissimo dai corrieri e il venditore ha subito proposto uno sconto in fattura o se no il reso però io non ho voluto xke preferivo la sostituzione dello sportello e mi ha indirizzato dove richiedere la sostituzione che mi è stata fatta sempre in garanzia,

Il Frigo è stato consegnato correttamente, non ha nessun danno visibile ed è davvero bello. Purtroppo è piccolo per le nostre necessità, quindi ho dovuto fare il reso, correttamente processato dagli operatori Amazon che mi hanno fornito un'assistenza davvero eccellente. Ho ordinato un Hisense ma con una capacità di 606L. Acquisto consigliato per chi ha una famiglia medio grande.

Molto soddisfatta, consegnato con largo anticipo

Frigorifero molto bello e capiente. Arrivato perfettamente imballato e nei tempi stabiliti. Ho scelto l'installazione e il ritiro del vecchio Frigorifero. I ragazzi che sono venuti sono stati davvero veloci e hanno lasciato tutto perfettamente pulito

Con un po' di ritardo, ma è arrivato in ottime condizioni. Il frigorifero è bellissimo, ampio e funzionale come da descrizione
