Great adventure bed!
I've used this product a few times now.The poles going across the bottom so take some force to connect. It's fantastic not sleeping on the ground, but not as nice as an actual bed. The small, compact size and weight is wonderful! It travels on the motorcycles easily.I felt stable enough not to fall out in the night as I rolled over.Bonus: I was able to set it half up, and it was the perfect size and short enough in height, for my corgi on road trips!

Perfect for car camping
BACKGROUND: I took a risk on a last minute camping trip and decided to upgrade my comfort level. I have some back issues and no longer want to sleep on the ground. But I also value a compact and lightweight.COMFORT: I am very impressed with the comfort level of this cot. This keeps you about 4-5 inches above the ground which makes a huge difference if there is moisture or rocks under the tent. It is well designed and assembled so that the bedding is firm but has a little give for comfort. It feels very secure and doesn't creak or make any noise as you move around in it. I used it with and without an extra sleeping pad and didn't really notice a difference.UTILITY: The design helps with a little extra storage so I found I could tuck some extra clothing or grab bags under the cot at night. The compact size when disassembled makes it very easy to keep packed in my go-to tote with all my other camping gear. The only recommendation I would make is to put some padding under the 8 feet so that they don't dig into the bottom of the tent material. I didn't see any damage after 4 nights, but I imaging over time, it could cause a tear.ASSEMBLY: I had no trouble assembling, but it does take a little leverage to bend the support legs into place. I had to help my friend with hers, because it can be a bit tricky.I ended up buying two of these, and will be using them on all future car/camps. Not sure I would take the extra weight on a back-country back-packing trip, but it probably would be worth it.

Budget-friendly alternative to more expensive brands
The MARCHWAY Ultralight Folding Tent Camping Cot is a budget-friendly alternative to more expensive brands.I've only used this on a couple overnight backpacking and camping trips and so far it has served it's purpose - keeps you off the ground and provide an option to using closed cell or inflatable pads.Set up was easy and the materials used seem to be sturdy enough. The feet are shock corded so no struggling with what piece goes with what (I would suggest installing the middle feet first and move your way outwards). Can't say anything about its longevity as I have only used it a few nights. The sleeping surface is taut and provide somewhat stiff/firm support (perhaps gets softer after more uses). However, the head and foot area of the cot has more slack so if you are a taller individual your head and feet may rest lower than the rest of your body. I am 5'7 so I was able to scoot down a little and did not affect my sleep at all and at around 27" wide and around 6 inches off the ground, it's wide enough that you don't feel like you are falling off like you sometimes do on some sleeping pads. The base is wide enough as well to minimize the chances of flipping over.I used to use a full sized cot for my car camping trips and this can save you a lot of space and weight.Overall, I think this is a good piece of gear. The $70 cost doesn't break the bank. I would not take in on longer backpacking trips (you could if your base weight is low enough and have room for this luxury item).

Perfect Cot
I bought this for a 2 week camping trip and was SO grateful that I did. It’s easy to assemble and is fairly quick to set down and put together. It’s a full size cot and incredibly sturdy. Was able to sit two people on it without issue. Laying down on the cot was comfortable, I couldn’t feel the bars and there was no loud squeaking if I turned over. Definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for a lightweight but durable cot.

Sturdy and comfy
I bought this for my teen daughter's bedroom! She has it up on her loft in place of a mattress. A twin sized sheet fits over readily, hanging off since this is a single sized cot. She has no complaints but does note that it makes creaky noises as she moves about, and these noises are due to the fabric covering and not springs or where the bars enter so there is no way around it. She camps a lot so can take this with her. It really does fold up quite small, less than half the size of her smallest sleeping bag, so can be placed in a backpack or just strapped to the outside of a backpack or just carried. I am ordering her a trifold twin size mattress pad that is only 3" thick, to go on top, although she thinks that isn't necessary. I will just use a fence board and a couple of 2x4 sections as feet, since these are what I have laying around, to make a shelf as high as this little cot for the overhang of the trifold mattress, because though they also sell a single size I know that every bit if extra space on a mattress is appreciated! I presume this will make the cot less creaky since she won't be rolling on the fabric itself, and I presume this will help the cot last longer since it will have continual use. This way, she has a cot to take on the go but will actually have 2 portable, comfy beds that can be used separately or together, which is great when friends come over.

Lightweight and Comfortable
I've used this a few different times now on a couple camping trips. Set-up is pretty easy. You do need to use some strength to get the first cross brace into place but once it's on, the rest go pretty easy. Repacking is easy and it fits with space in the bag.The cot is comfortable to sleep on. I did sleep one night in the 50's and I tried it that night without a top pad and I was cold through my 40º sleeping bag but for warm nights this is perfect without any insulation.Packs down pretty small and it's very heavy. Not ultra-light but doable for a few days hike.Overall, I recommend this. I'm 5'10", 185lbs and it fits me well.
