to be honest I just plug it in over night

Q: Is this good for sore neck muscles or is it more for legs and arms?

I use it on my neck and lower back/ hip more than my arms and legs. Well I did before I lent it to someone and now I don't have it anymore...regrets! This is a very good little device though, it was actually recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. Might even buy another one since I'm sure the first one will never come back home.
