Overall Good. Few observations are : 1.Tunning blocks has no color, as shown in the pictures.Thats was considerable for me. 2. Carry bag quality need to be improved. 3.The tabla quality is good.However, the top is made by thin skin.So you need to give extra pressure compare to other tabla. 4. Sound is nice.You can do both program and practice by this set. 5.Delivey is excellent.Delivered before the expected date.But the courier information is not correctly updated as it's coming from a different country by different couriers as well. 6.Price is ok compared to the quality. I will recommend to buy this.

Looks and sounds great!

Everything arrived as expected, and as other reviewers have noted, I found that the quality of the instruments is very good (especially for the price). The Bayan is definitely an A+. The Dayan, I would rate at an A-, because although very well constructed, its tuning range is very limited and the leather straps are very dry. I am hoping that this will get a little better over time as the head seasons and loosens up, and once I oil the leather. The Bayan's tone is exceptional. The Dayan's tone I would rate as good to very good. Overall construction quality of both drums is very good. Inclusion of a decent carrying case with carrying straps and latches for the lid is a nice add-on as well. Shipping/delivery are off the chart. I ordered on a Friday, and my tabla set arrived at my door in the Eastern US on the following Tuesday. Amazing. Further, the company contacted me by email around a week after delivery inquiring as to my satisfaction, and to request any suggestions. Very thoughtful, and simply good customer service. I highly recommend both this product and seller.
