1911 Magazine Speed Loader Designed to fit 45 ACP and 9mm Single-Stack Magazines, Quickie Loader

This speed loader does exactly what it is supposed to do. I use it for my 1911 .45 ACP and it works great.

Simple to use- saves my fingers! arrived on time

Very simple one-piece design that works only for single stack magazines. Rest magazine on firm surface (or thigh), insert first cartridge manually, then place Speed Loader over open end of magazine, depress follower, insert next cartridge, lift loader away and manually push cartridge to back of magazine, then repeat process. For stacked magazines another type of loader is required.

This is a great, small and convenient, red and easy to find, magazine loading aid. Slip the cartridge in, push down on the loader, and you are ready for the next cartridge. It appears to be well built, and durable enough to just toss into the range bag. So far, over the last year, it has helped load several hundred rounds, in my single stack magazines.

Didn't work on 45 like it said

This was a must for my 22-tcm 10 round magazines. It was impossible to get beyond 6 rounds in any magazine I had. I can now get all 10 in, but the the gun won't eat the 10th one. Just too much pressure for the slide to pick it up. BUT 9 works flawlessly and with one in the chamber, I have my 10 rounds ready to go.

This works okay, but it takes some practice even then I've not developed any real speed with this device. Its okay for the price, but I've got other loaders that work much better, but they are all for double stack magazines.

Went on a whim and tried this thing out, for such a simple device it really made loading my 1911 mags Soo much easier to load, for reference I tested it on a Rock island stock mag, and a Wilson Combat Mag that were brand new. Worked like a charm once you practice and get the hang of it.
