Item came with a cut in the plastic so when I put liquid in it came right back out. Tried to do a return on Amazon and was told to contact company. Hand2mind was Amazon. I explained and they took my info and sent me another one. They were great with customer service. We got the new one and we love this thing. It keeps my 4yo busy for quite a while. It is made of a thick plastic, making it durable and the perfect size for home or on the go. Well worth the money and would definitely purchase again.

Great value for the price. We love the sensory pad and the versatility of pictures provided. We like that we can add water or another medium to the bag to give a different feel. The size is perfect for small laps and floor play. The plastic pieces can be a little difficult to maneuver through the openings, but it’s easier if you add more liquid. Durability seems good so far, but an older child could easily open the closure piece.

This is fun to use, but the mat can become a little messy, depending on what liquid you put in it and sometimes leaks.

This was quite difficult to fill. Had I known that, I never would have purchased it. It was so messy and took forever! The toy itself is well made and the cards will last. I like that there are so many options, so we can continue the activity, instead of a once and done kind of play mat. Ou just have to get past the frustration of trying to fill it.

My nephew has autism - he's about 6 years old. I am always looking for great toys to keep him active and engaged. He loves toys that have a great sensory aspect - especially touch. This is a safe and fun way for him to feel the textures of the items in the gel and get to refine motor skills. The play pad isn't huge, but that's actually nice because it's something he can focus on and it isn't too overwhelming. The gel material inside is soft and maleable, and there are a variety of shapes and items to push around. I am really optimistic that it will be right up his alley.

Very difficult to move the pieces around. There’s a lot of bubbles inside so it’s time consuming to try and release the bubbles without squeezing the water out. Very disappointed.

I saw a lot of reviews on here about how it wasn’t a good purchase. And how it was so messy. I didn’t really have any issue with it. It’s a good product. The individual I take care of though was not interested in it though so sometimes I just fidget around with it so it is still going to good use lol

I bought a Save with used option, that described it was in very good condition, oy packaging was damaged. No problem. Sounds good for a 5 euro discount. However, the plug on the bag that holds the liquid is almost fully unglued. It's impossible to use the product like that. Is there any way to get a replacement for the bag via Learning Resources? It sounds like a waste of resources to return the product yet again for it to again go to another person or go in the trash when everything else is still usable. But also not really fair for me to pay nearly full price for a few plastic pieces and paper cards...
