My kids drink protein shakes and pre workout daily. I got these so that they didn't have to keep washing the same cup all the time. They are a great value, easy to clean and don't leak. The lettering starts to fade after a few rounds through the dishwasher but not a big deal.

It's a good workout mixing drinks! Used up most of my energy mixing drinks, not much left for OF watching tho...

These are just hard plastic on hard plastic. No gasket seal so they leak pretty bad when you try to drink out of them or shake them.

My husband got these for his pre-workout and protein shakes and keeps some in his gym bag and some at the house. He doesn't have any complaints and has used them for quite a while now. They hold up well in the dishwasher and the shaker parts are made well and durable.

I've been bodybuilding my entire life so i have about a million of these but these are different somehow.. These are extremely great value for the $$ dollah dollah bills & VERY durable!!!! I, my Huzzband & 3 boys, 12 to teen all use them & they are dropped regularly & no cracks. They also seem to clean much easier like my youngest & dried on smoothies are usually an ordeal... me standing at the sink & garbage debating to throw it or spend the time washin it... ha ha ha.. I have not had that issue with these. Will be ordering more.

I got these cups because I liked the colors and the sayings and they were a great price. The cups are ok. I’m not returning them but probably would not buy them again. The lids are not the same color as the cup (which is just odd). They do leak a small amount. The red lids are very hard to get on and there are two of those.
