I use smashbox primer all the time. It works and I usually do not switch out. It will go over a face cream if needed.

Definitely has helped reduce the amount of blackheads and blemishes while working as a primer. Not near as good as their original primer for minimizing fine lines but I like it for everyday wear and I will keep using their original primer for special events or evening makeup.

Ok for travel. Doesn’t work any better than my current primer. My face was still super shiny in my T-Zone by mid-day. It did help keep the foundation from creasing and minimize the look of my larger pores.

My complexion is oily so I ordered the matte finish and it is really perfect. No oily shine coming through my foundation. Have been using Smashbox primer for years and just discovered the matte one...must be new...or I'm not very observant. I've tried other primers over the years but always come back to Smashbox. I really love this matte primer!
