I personally love this chair – so far at least! It was easy to put together, seems really sturdy (especially given the price), and is comfortable. I work from home so having a good chair to sit on for 7+ hours a day is very important. This chair lived up to that need and seems to be a really good purchase. I do love that the chair is firm, but not too hard and the back is mesh so you don’t get too hot. It does also have a head rest, and leans back for added comfort. The arm rests to move so you can adjust as needed, and you can also higher or lower the chair. Overall, I would recommend this to someone looking for a good chair at a good price. If you are using it on carpet – I do recommend a mat as it is hard to move on carpet but you would have that with any chair.

The bottom cushion is quite firm, not great if you have back pain. However, because the arm eats can elevate to wow a high level, you can pair this chair with a memory foam butt cushion and this will be alright. The arm eats swivel inwards and outwards, and have a decent "click" into position; though if you use the armrest to move the chair around, they will easily slip out of position. The included casters are plastic cheap ones. I have alternative hard rubber ones to protect my floor. Setup was easy and fairly quick. Only two size screws if I recall correctly. Adjustable width between armrests too. The headrest is fair, though if you're tall like me, when using a butt cushion you'll find that it doesn't quite adjust high enough "I'm 6'2")Overall? The chair was pretty easy to assemble by itself. Instructions were easy to read and in no time and the end product was comfortable and nice; until the right armrest of the chair had its top break off. I have no idea why it did it, but it's annoying to try and put back on whenever it comes off now. If the armrest didn't fall apart now and then, I'd say that this chair would be an excellent choice for those looking for new ones. If there was someway to order replacement parts for the chair, it'd overall be a great pick.After seeing the review, I was brought into contact with the Office chairdk Services Team who looked into the armrest problem I had; to which they had deemed it a faulty part. They had sent me another armrest that is firm and comfortable from what I had to deal with. With their help, and the realization that I didn't read the instructions properly (putting the armrests backwards and needing them to send another armrest in response to this), I can now enjoy my time in it This chair is great and the service around it is good as well, so I'd recommend it. Just make sure their chair is set up properly and no hiccups come from doing so, like setting it up backwards or some parts coming apart if it is faulty.
