I like this I feel like it helps with bloating. The taste isn’t that strong but you can def taste it in your water.

Don't let the cheap price fool you. This is very pure glutamine and works great. Not only for muscle recovery but it helps with my stomach problems too. I was so happy with the results I actually sent some off to be tested and was very pleased to hear back it's a VERY pure glutamine with no added fillers. Great stuff, I hope they never change the formula.

I’m only about a week in but already experiencing results. I have one rounded scoop each morning with my chlorophyll water about 15-20 minutes before my first meal of 20-30g of protein. TMI but this is the week before my cycle where I typically experience uncomfortable bloating and cravings. I’m seeing a significant difference in bloating and have virtually no cravings when compared to the norm.

I always feel good about using this brand of L Glutamine and got the A OK from my naturopath. There is no taste or flavor which is nice.

Although I just started taking it, I cannot comment on the product yet, but the taste is good.

This product works!! At my age, when I work out, I am constantly sore... it never would go away. It would just vary on the degree of soreness. I read that l-glutemine was supposed to help with muscle soreness, so I tried this and it really does make a difference. Definately recommend if your muscles have a harder time recovering.
