Sunday Riley C.E.O. Afterglow Brightening Vitamin C Cream Face Moisturizer

I LOVE this! My skin feels great and I love the clean scent! It’s a little on the pricey side, but a little goes a long way. Great luxury product.

The Reality: I’m 54 and menopause has been making my skin look so dull and dry lately. I usually stick to brands like Tatcha or Clarins because I’m picky, but I decided to try this Sunday Riley Afterglow to see if it lived up to the hype. ​The Results: It really does give that "dewy, young" look I’ve been missing. It’s a gel-cream texture, so it doesn't feel heavy or greasy, but it actually keeps the dryness away all day. My skin just looks alive again. ​Why I like it: ​The Glow: It’s instant. It makes me look rested even when I'm tired. ​The Makeup Test: It doesn't ball up or ruin my foundation. ​The Feel: Smells like fresh oranges and feels cooling. ​If you’re struggling with that "flat" look that happens with age, this is a total game-changer. Definitely keeping this in my routine.

I use a vitamin c facial wash and put vitamin c drops on a clean dry face. I let that soak in and when dry apply the Sunday Riley vitamin c glowing moisturizer. My face feels amazing. Completely hydrated and not oily. My face literally glows I kid you not. My foundation goes on like silk and my face is hydrated all day and make up stays on all day. One of my favorite products and I have tooooo many. I’m 56 years old so I am all about skin care and properly prepping the face for makeup application. I have other Sunday Riley products that I love too. Worth the investment. Definitely will be continuing to buy!

Overall I really like this product. I didn’t take before and after photos to see if I have developed a glow over the past few weeks. However, it has really helped create a moisture barrier for my skin. I have super dry skin and it seems to lock in my moisturizers. The smaller bottle is very small. However, it seems to go a long way for $22 or however much it was. I’ll probably purchase again.

I have been using the CEO Afterglow cream by Sunday Riley for about 2 years and my skin feels so smooth and refreshed each time I use it. I typically buy my cream at a beauty store and I don’t know if they’ve changed the formula or if this was a weird batch but the color is really bright yellow compared to other jars being more of a pale yellow. I felt a bit skeptical about using this at first but I haven’t had any issues or skin reactions and have been using this for about 3 months.

The scent is not the most pleasant, but the product otherwise is acceptable. I wish Sunday Riley would remove the scent and it would definitely be 5 stars.

It hydrates the skin making wrinkles disappear. It leaves a glow. Finally found a moisturizer that works for me.
