These things knock me out in about 60 to 90 minutes and there's a definite moment when you feel them kick in, like the refreshing feeling drinking a cold glass of water but in your brain. I don't have weird dreams or random bouts of sleep paralysis. It feels like the most natural way of drifting off to sleep instead of something artificial that instantly make you feel drowsy and slow. However this time the product I recived was dried out with a grainy outer texture making me wonder if it was an old product or had been exposed to excessive heat. Al’s most of the gummy’s were stuck together in a clump again making me wonder if it was in a too hot warehouse, this was ordered during wintertime so it wasn’t exposed to heat in shipping. The expiration date on this product was only 8 months out from the purchase date, so I do need to make sure I use it quickly. The flavor is great, a berry type flavor, not too sweet. However as mentioned this batch was grainy. Overall good product, just this batch wasn’t as nice as what I typically receive when ordering.

These babies help me go to sleep almost every night! They’re very soft and easy to chew. The strength of the melatonin is strong enough to help me to go to sleep and enough to help me get up in the morning without feeling drowsy or weak. Please make sure you take them at least an hour before bed. I’ve woken up late for work taking them as soon as I lay down. Lol

These gummy’s help me sleep. I have a great deal of difficulty with falling asleep and staying asleep and these gummy’s assist with that l. Recommend them to help you get some rest.

Usually this is a good product. This batch was super sticky. So sticky you would have to wash your hands after just unclumping the ball of stuck gummies together. Works as suggested but very bad batch or shipping/ handling/ storage issues.

Finally something which works for me. Waiting to restock the extra strength version (5mg) to buy again!

Product arrived melted into one big block. No way of getting correct dose or if the active ingredient was compromised with melting.
