have a google pixel phone....will i have any issues charging??

I personally never used it to charge my phone the first fan I got burnt out in 2 weeks and the replacement lasted 3 weeks

How long does the fan take to fully charge?

I haven't timed it, but it takes a while, I think. Probably at least 4 hours, if it's totally dead; it has a pretty big battery. You can use it with the USB plugged in, though, too.
