I purchased this as a gift for my younger sister for her birthday in hopes that she could get creative and use this to play around with chalkboard designs. She loves it and uses it regularly. Chalk paint easily wipes on and off just just a wet paper towel. Size is perfect for what we were looking for. Good quality. It looks like if you wanted you could even paint the frame a different color.

Wow, I don't know if I got a defective board but it was barely held together. It fell apart immediately and the chalk part fell out of the backing. I really liked the way it looked when it got here but after two days it already was falling apart and fell off the wall.

The chalkboard is very nice but do not write on it with the chalk markers. They do not erase. This is the reason for my 3 stars as it seemed they were bought together quite often which I did and I had to repaint the board with black chalk paint.

Arrived on time, first one was damaged and wasn't due to shipping as the package was in perfect condition. Board had a scratch right in the middle. Return on Amazon was easy, and a new one shipped out. Second one arrived in perfect condition. The board is really nice, with a rustic feel and design. The chalkboard is not really chalkboard. It's more like a plastic chalkboard, but it works perfectly with chalk and the few things we have drawn on it look great - just like a regular chalkboard.

It is not very well made. As soon as I took it out of the package, it fell apart. Wouldn't recommend this item to anyone unless you are willing to fix it yourself. As you can see, tiny tack nails are used to try to keep it together but it doesn't hold. Cheap

I love this chalk board. I use chalk markers on it and it works great.

I was super excited to get this. The first two times it worked perfectly and the cleaned up fine with the liquid chalk markers. I just used it again yesterday and part of it won't clean off at all. I always clean right after I'm done with it in fear that it won't come off but I wrote the stuff earlier in the day and when I was done cleaned it. It was on there for maybe 3 hours tops, so disappointed.

Cute chalkboard but it is really flimsy. If you hold it too tightly when you are writing, the frame comes completely off.
