The media could not be loaded. No dog toy is indestructible if you have a hound or a pit. I happen to have a combination of both. This toy is the best $12 you could possibly spend for a dog that likes to “kill” their toys. The only reason I’m buying more is because I keep losing them.My dog is a rescue. She’s half beagle, a quarter boxer, and a quarter pit bull. She’s a tiny fire-cracker and I lover her to pieces. And she loves tennis balls to pieces. Literally.She adores tennis balls, squeaky toys, and food. She will absolutely try to surgically extract the squeaker from any toy she gets because she has a high prey-drive. These balls last usually at least a week before she manages to dislodge the squeaker or puncture the squeaking mechanism, but I still have one I got about six months ago that has the paint worn off and it still squeaks.This ball literally has everything. It squeaks, it bounces pretty high, it looks like a real tennis ball so my girl recognizes them as “toy” immediately, and they smell good.These balls in particular last forever. I got her a can of regular tennis balls and she had them in four pieces within 10 minutes or less, which is not healthy for her because she likes to eat the pieces. For this dog toy, I have never seen her crack it. She’s pushed the squeaker inside of exactly one of them so far, and it stayed inside the ball. Much safer than a toy that she can possibly ingest.The toys come in several colors, but it’s not just to make them look cute and colorful. The colors correspond to flavors, as each of the balls has a different scent. I’ve sniffed them and noticed there’s a mild food smell beneath the rubber scent. I can tell that dogs really do get a kick out of the “flavors.”I’ve taken these to the dog park and all the dogs want the Playology tennis ball, even if we have other generic balls flying around. My dog even has favorites. We have a muscle-head pit bull/staffy mix at the park who is a giant meat-ball. He got his hands on one of these and he wasn’t even able to break it open for at least 20 minutes of deliberate chewing.My girl’s favorite “flavor” for a long time was beef (the red one). The blue “peanut butter” flavor is the easiest one to find in stores. She was obsessed with a purple one for a while, apparently it was bacon flavor. I couldn’t find that one! I saw that Amazon has an orange “cheese” flavor and knew she’d love it. She’s obsessed.I really wanted to leave this review to convince people to invest in this product. Your dog will be so happy, and this company made something great.I’m worried because I went on their website yesterday and they had only one or two colors available. I don’t want them to stop making this amazing toy. I hope they don’t lose business because their product is TOO durable!! If they make more flavors, or maybe make some multi-dog (tug ropes?) or similar, I’ll definitely continue to be a customer. Please keep making these awesome tennis balls!

We’ve got two 1.5-year-old shepherd-pit mixes who usually destroy toys within minutes—but these squeaky balls have held up impressively. We’re a month in, and not only are the balls still intact, but the squeakers are somehow still working (which is a first in our house). The light scent keeps the dogs engaged without being overwhelming—we’ve tried both chicken and beef, and our pups loved them equally. This is already our second purchase, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend for tough chewers!

This toy was a hit straight out of the package — both dogs were instantly into it. It’s surprisingly durable (not indestructible — no toy truly is), but it’s held up better than most. The beef scent must be working because they keep going back to it. A solid win for playtime!

Ok, I have to say how impressed I am with these balls. I purchased one squeaky ball of each flavor, and figured I'd give them a shot with my cracked out spazzy aggressive chewer puppy, to see if they could hold up. She has destroyed every ball I've ever gotten her because she squeaks them to death till they pop in half and then she tears them into shreds, all within 5-10 minutes of handing it to her. She's a Doberman/Blue Heeler mix, both are very high energy dogs with a drive that can go for ages lol. Well, I can officially say that we're now a week into having these, she has spent at least 20 hours of squeaking, per ball (pretty much from the time she wakes up till the time she goes to sleep, she squeaks!) And they are still holding strong! Lol she's finally met her match. She absolutely LOVES these balls. They are fantastic! I will definitely keep buying these balls if she manages to kill any of them! It's so nice to not have thrown my money down the drain, as I have with SOOOO many other brands that CLAIMED they were durable for aggressive chewers. These ones really seem to be perfect! My only warning about them, is if you hate squeaky noises, you'll be driven insane! Lol Luckily, I think it's cute how much she squeaks the heck out of these things! It's a different sounding squeak, that she absolutely loves, but it is very very loud. I would highly recommend them, though! Thank you Playology, for actually making a durable and fun squeaky ball for all those crazy pups like mine that just love to play fetch! Amazing!

My dogs love these balls, I’ve bought at least 6 or more since December not counting all of last year. Unfortunately the squeaker can be pushed out or down inside the ball with dogs chewing . Once this happens dogs won’t play with them. Last 2 I bought was last month only one remains intact, we’ve pushed the squeaker part back in place until it’s to dangerous for them to play with. They love hearing it. I have 2 German Shepards 4 & 5 years old. The ball stays intact except for the squeaker. It’s a great company, easy to get a response from them. These are great balls & will last if dogs don’t want to squeak them non stop.Unfortunately my dogs squeak them constantly. I haven’t asked for replacements in a quite awhile. I’ve bought too many. Great for throwing & catching, chasing etc. 💕💕💕Much love to Playology
