Worth every rupee
This ink is amazing. It writes wet, dries fast, flows well and I love the colour it leaves behind. You won't find a premium ink at a better rate. I use it for fountain pens but I recommend it to artists, calligraphers and people looking to give a gift as well.I've used Krishna inks, Parker Quink, Pelikan 4001 and Camel Ink but this is definitely my new favourite ink. Also, it feels great to support an Indian company. They also left lovely notes with the ink. I enjoyed reading them. Charming and cute. Finally, the hexagonal bottle shape is unique and grips well. The metal cap is also unlike any other brand and feels great to open.I thought many times before buying it and picked it up on sale. Now, I'm not going to buy any other brands.

Excellent ink. But 4 rating only because of the poor bottle design
Excellent ink. But 4 rating only because of the poor bottle design. The mouth of the bottle needs to be much smaller. Look of the bottle is not as important as the function. Will buy again though because the color is amazing!

Lovely ink, disappointing bottle
Pros:1. LOVE the colour! True to its name -- bloody red.2. Rich imprint on paperCons:1. Not a 'dawat' style bottle. The mouth of the bottle is too wide. The cap open with a jerk. Both are spilling hazards. Looks like a small jam/butter/honey JAR. Not flattering.Overall I really love the ink, but the whole 'dawat' marketing tactic was very off-putting.

I bought the bloody red colour. It's a beautiful shade . The flow is perfect. At this price range, what this brand is offering is too good. Overall the packaging is also good. Would definitely buy more shades.

Stains badly ; looks red ,but writes different
So this is my second Syahi ink purchase - ordered the turquoise blue previously. These inks are not 50% waterproof like they claim. Even if you wait a whole hour after inking to check if the script was waterproof, it will smudge and wipe the whole script. Now coming to the actual colour I ordered- bloody red. This colour is very deceptive - looks very blood red, but writes darker. It looks even darker after the ink has dried.Skip this colour if you can - not worth it.

Bright but not Smart.
It's packaging is unique but the ink quality is not updated to the mark. The viscosity is too low, so it leaves an over-flow blot on the paper at writing-halts. Also, it dries up on the nib and somewhat in the collector. I tried it on a Pilot, a Unomax, Schaffer. Colour is bright but doesn't work well.
