The rim was bent on back due to shipping packaging being in a plastic bag and plastic hat mold under it was smart. Would of liked more surface area around the rim of hat and more flat on top. Barely fits my head so no fall walks. Nice material n color n value.

I’m in love with this hat! It has become a staple in my winter wardrobe. The ribbon around the top of the hat fell off but I like it better without it! Lol!

The hat came bent and it’s not reforming. They need to put it in a bigger box of find another way to ship it so it doesn’t come out all folded up. The hat was a little small, but looks nice, if only it weren’t bent.
