I 'swear' by this ear piece. I have purchased four. I keep one in the car, one in my kitchen and one in my purse. Always have two charged for emergencies.

The good: Sound quality is fine and as advertised. Setup is easy.The bad: I can’t use it for more than 10 minutes it is too uncomfortable to use on my ear. It hurts at the top and back of my ear and the other size plastic ring is way too large to fit on my ear. It even hurts on the inside of my ear as the rubber is too big.More bad: There is something wrong about the design of the plastic ring and the connector at the Bluetooth, it is constantly pinching my skin and pulling at my sideburn hair.Worst part about it: the buttons are extremely sensitive. Because of the ear pain I have to keep adjusting the Bluetooth to relive the ear pain. Any time that I touch the Bluetooth, it decides to call someone, disconnect, activate Siri, turn off music, or hang up my call.All in all, don’t waste your money, this product should be removed from the market as it is a really poor quality and horrible design.

I have 3 dogs and a 1 year old baby, and I work from home. Everyone I talk to at work hears the baby being a baby and the dogs doing dog things. I constantly have to mute. I ended up switching back to my wired headset. But, the range on this headset is pretty good, and does well from room to room without losing the Bluetooth signal. It's easy to use and comfortable. And the price was great compared to others. So, although it didn't suit me for my loud house, I'm giving it 4 stars for being a great all around headset that I paid less than 20 bucks for.

I am a longtime user of Jabra desktop speakers and needed a new headset for use in the car. The 15SE had the right feature set at a good price point. It works fine around the house, but in the car with that background noise the headset is troublesome. I drive an Audi, so it's not loud.Even at maximum volume I do not hear all of what the other person tells me, and if it is connected to the iphone it makes essentially no ring tone to announce a new call. I can just barely hear the tone in the house or other quiet location, but I hear nada in the car. The other person hears me fine and says there is no background noise, but if I cannot hear them clearly that is a problem. I did not have this problem with my old Plantronics that died after six years. Can't get that anymore.

I've have ordered and used this item for several years. It is an excellent item but that doesn't stop me from losing them or damaging them.
