Premium finish
I used it for my water tank platform.After using fixit 302 super latex layer finish, I use this roof seal classic. Which is giving me a nice finish more like a silicon plastic like sealing in the end. Mixing ratio and application instructions need to follow for a proper result. First coat 1:1 ratio with water. Leave it for over night or min 5 hour. Then apply each coat twice after 4 hour interval. It is a nice product but for 1 litre you can only cover up to max 20-25 sq.ft area, For Max, 2 coats. It's worth the finishing look.

Very good for terrace and with stands heavy rain with out leak . Curing period is very important as the rain washed away the paint after one day curing .
