Great mixed with edible glitter.
Used this to mix with silver edible glitter to flood embossed cupcake toppers. Worked really well and evaporated quickly which meant the icing didn’t go soggy.

I use this for diluting edible dusts in cake decorating. I use it instead of vodka or lemon juice as I find it more effective. Quick drying and easy to work with. Allows you to create beautiful effects with edible dusts on fondant.
