Absolutely love this product I bought my second bottle for the next month already my cortisol levels are going down I'm needing coffee less a great product and I will continue to buy this

I was excited to get this order until I read the ingredients which contains Maltodextrin…. Maltodextrin can cause spikes in blood sugar levels due to its high glycemic index, which may be particularly concerning for individuals with diabetes or insulin resistance. Additionally, excessive consumption may negatively impact gut health and contribute to weight gain and other metabolic issues.

Not sure if it worked or not, didn't notice any difference after taking it (250 mg / day for 30 days)

I started taking this and Tongkat ally with my T measured 171. After 2 months its up to 321. I don't think the Tongkat ali consistently becasue it does give me a mild headache so think it was more the shilajit. What really surprised me was my cholesterol dropped 50 points with NO other changes! Edit: after a few months of trying it it is lowering my blood pressure by around 10% or more. I don’t feel any different which is disappointing but will keep taking it due to lowering my lipid and blood pressure

I feel less sore after working out and more calm if that makes sense very small pill easy to take
