Unusual Take On A Classic Design.
Really unusual take on a classic design as instead of the lense being within the frame the lense is on the front of the frame. This makes a classic design look super modern and just a bit different. I opted for a black frame with a dark brown lense. The brand is on each arm of the sunglasses and the actual size of the glasses are 756 56■15-137. They come in a solid foam black case with the zip being in silver and a ribbon carry handle. There is a wofter fabric case as well as a cleaning cloth too. Sadly for me a bit narrow and I wish they had a spring loaded arms just to accomodate a slightly wider face as the arms bend inwards too much rather than sitting straight.

Impressive quality for the price range, just not totally comfortable
The "full-front lens" style of sunglasses gained popularity over the past few years, with most choices maintaining the Wayfarer-esque shape and opting for a mirror lens. I've owned a few pairs like this in the past, so I was interested to see how the Kingseven dealt with this trend.First impressions upon opening are that you get a good set of contents in the box: the glasses themselves, a semi-hard zipped case, a synthetic fiber bag, a cleaning cloth made of the same material, and a polarisation test card. The lenses are a vibrant blue (if you get that colour) and are a little more rounded than some other styles of this type. The other most obvious thing is that they're much bigger than any I've had previously. Certainly they're not comically large by any means, but they're definitely bordering on being a statement piece with the mirror effect. This is 100% personal preference and I don't mind either way, but is worth noting. What surprised me was how good these glasses are optically. Considering the size of the lenses (lens?) I expected some noticeable distortion, but wearing these all day didn't leave me with eye strain and I don't get that woozy feeling some glasses give you if you look at different angles. They're one of the best optical quality glasses I've owned at this price range. My only real issue with these is that on an adult male head these are slightly too tight for best comfort. The glossy black arms also attract fingerprints easily, but that's nothing unique to these glasses.Overall these are nice glasses. They make a statement that isn't overly bold, have useful polarisation, and don't make your eyes ache. It's just a shame for me personally that these squeeze my head a bit much for comfort.

Very bold style, but in-hand quality below my expectations to pull off something this bold
With a brand name of Kingseven I thought this might have been related to a James Hoffmann project but having dug around I think that's not the case. With a style this BOLD they have to amazingly well executed to pull it off, unfortunately the actual product really missed the mark for me on this front. The polarisation works well and is easily tested and demo'ed with the cool polarised card, the case they come in is fantastic. Unfortunately the integration of the metallic burnt-orange front lens with the frames looks like a complete poorly-tacked-on afterthought. The inset rim visible through the frame and the fixing makes it look like someone has knocked these up in their garage from scraps lying around. Definitely reduced the appeal after seeing them in hand.

Very very modern stylish sunglasses... love the surface mounted lenses on the frames.
I wear sunglasses year-round because I have eyes that are very sensitive to bright light. I therefore like to swap around my sunglasses every now and again.I saw the KINGSEVEN Polarised Sunglasses and, apart from their attractive style, I liked the look of the lenses that, from the front are mounted on top of the frame. This makes them rather unusual and I certainly haven't got any others with that design. It gives the sunglasses a totally different look from conventionally framed lenses. It's a big plus point for me as it makes them distinctive and unique. The glasses are reasonably heavy-framed. I don't mean "weight heavy" because their all plastic construction makes them very lightweight. I mean that the frame styling is a little chunky, but it does look very nice. The finish is a kind of high piano-black gloss.I found the size (width and depth) of the sunglasses about right for my medium-sized male head. They are very comortable too. With the glasses you get a good hard spectacle case, a soft carry-bag, a lens polishing cloth and a Polarise testing card. I think the KINGSEVEN sunglasses are excellent, and also good value at just over £20. Next time I go out they'll be with me!

Classically styled 'Roy Orbison' black retro sunglasses
Despite this pair of sunglasses not costing that much, the quality and value-for-money is really impressive. The glasses come in a black card box and inside that they are supplied with a semi-rigid protective zip-up case and two black polishing clothes. The construction of the glasses is black plastic with polarized (in this case black) lenses. There are no nose rests to be adjusted but the glasses are very comfortable.I really like these glasses becasue of the 'Roy Orbison' aesthetic - they have a classic retro look about them and the black lenses are very dark. I highly recommend them for the price as long as you aren't look for glasses with an adjustable bridge position.
