I received the bucket of garbanzos today. I have not been able to cook the garbanzo beans, because I cannot open the thick plastic bucket!! I would caution anyone who is older not to order such a heavy bucket, that is very difficult to open. The bucket of beans was securely wrapped inside two boxes. After I opened the boxes, I tried to open the bucket and have spent the last few hours doing that. No luck so far. I am actually afraid of injuring myself. The Garbanzo beans are probably just fine and it is good value for the money. But the plastic bucket is poorly designed and hard to open, at least for me. I have not been able to get to the garbanzo beans yet. Will keep trying!Update!! I was able to open the bucket. The Garbanzo beans are great. They sprout easily and taste very good. I have updated the rating to 4 stars. I would like to buy again but am concerned about the hard to open bucket!
