My son is in that very curious stage; into everything, constantly on the move, and always trying to put things in his mouth. Brilliant! Works exactly as intended to keep curious hands away! Roomy enough for the size powerstrip I use with the heavy duty cord able to comfortably hang out the designated side slot. and my plug cords coming out the other side. The locking mechanism is impossible for a small child to unlock. The locking outlet cover featured in the first picture is NOT included in the product but is a perfect companion to the outlet protections. It is the "Baby Block" locking outlet cover. I recommend both of these products

If you’re about to have a baby, Just do yourself a favor and hide all of your cords before they make their arrival. These babies love cords!!. I purchased the two boxes and I love it. What I did was I command strip the box to the wall so my son doesn’t get curious try to yank the box out. (I try to outsmart his every move lol)

This is great that a baby/toddler or even small kid cannot open this, but I’ll venture to say that it’s almost adult proof as well. Rest well that your kid won’t get into it, but it is a bit annoying to open and close.

Great for outlets you use often but still need to keep a baby out of! Super easy to put on, it’s just 1 screw like a regular outlet cover. Work great!

This will keep my Robles from touching the plugs long enough for me to redirect him. However, my 3 year old can definitely pry open the lid, even break it, to open it. If you plan to leave the child totally unattended and think this will stop them, don’t buy it.
