Beautiful shoe, very elegant and classy. Comfortable fit and the heel is just the right height to look dressy but allows you to walk comfortably. Absolute best thing was the price!!

i own quite a few pairs of naturalizer shoes since not many brands make a size 4.5, and usually i am never disappointed. one of the shoes arrived with what looked like a piece of glue stuck to the upper gold strap. i removed it, but it left a bit of a mark behind. also, the small piece on the end of the heel on one of the shoes was slightly off, i could feel the difference in the heel heights while standing. unfortunately i ordered these last minute for a wedding, i didn't have time to do an exchange on them so i had to wear them. other than the slight defects, i found the shoes quite comfortable. i was a bridesmaid and wore these for a solid 12 hours and didn't really feel discomfort for almost 10 hours. had i not been dancing a lot of the night i probably would've felt fine the entire time. the strap that wraps around the ankle sat a little too low on my feet, and slipped a bit when walking. i added a sticky foam shoe strip to the inside of the straps and it stayed nicely in place. overall, had it not had those little defects i would give these 5 stars! they were very comfortable for me, and they're very pretty shoes. i've never had a quality issue with any naturalizer shoes until these ones, so i regret not ordering them in advance to be able to have done an exchange.

These shoes are a comfortable wear. True to size and not a high heal, but nice style!

I had to size up on these from my regular 8 to 9 to accommodate my squarish toes... but they work just as well as mules and provide a beautiful bling factor for an evening out.

I don’t wear heels frequently but on occasion nothing else will do. I like these for those occasions. They look good with dress slacks or skirts/dresses. Easy to pack. Easy to wear. I’m flat-footed yet find these to fit comfortably, are true to size, and look good!

Fell apart with first wear. I'm not sure what has happened with this brand, but Naturalizer has always been my "go to" shoe. I ordered these to replace a pair where the sole of the shoe came unglued and started shifting. Those shoes I was replacing were only about 8 months old but I just thought they aren't made the way they once were. These shoes were delivered and the first day of wearing them, the sole came unglued!! Apparently, this is a new defect with the Naturalizer brand. With this being the second pair to have the sole come loose, I would not recommend this product.

Needed a pair of navy shoes to go along with a navy gown for my son's wedding....could not be happier! They fit true to size, are very pretty and well-made, and even more importantly - comfortable. The heel is at a very manageable height, so you won't need to kick these off an hour after you put them on. Delivery was quick - no issues whatsoever.

Looks like picture material is good but the finish and stitching is very bad I think its not original naturalizer
