I read the negative reviews for this item and decided to purchase anyway. I very much wanted them to be wrong. To begin with the product was not shipped with care. The aluminium used is soft and bends easily when dropped. For some reason the packing department seemed incapable of allowing for this and upon arrive the screws that adjust tortilla width were bent from the transport. I ordered a replacement and the very same thing happened again. I attempted to use the machine regardless and despite producing slightly uneven tortillas it worked sometimes. It would then go through phases where the cutter became ineffective, accumulating too much dough or the dough just wouldn't push through properly. We've tried various dough consistencies with more or less water and this would work for a time and then the machine would clog up again. In a nutshell the quality of the machine is poor and thus the dough has little room for leeway. If you're willing to risk this and the possibility of the product arriving damaged then it might work. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

No incluye instrucciones de cómo instalar para que no se mueva al usar y no se puede instalar en cualquier superficie.

Es un equipo excelente, trae un pequeño libreto de instrucciones, en la parte baja del equipo se encuentra una pieza para instalarlo y fijarlo a algún lugar; para usarlo sin temor a que se mueva. también cuenta con un repuesto de alambre para el corte de la tortilla, se puede nivelar por medio de los engranes para una tortilla muy delgada o más gruesa(al gusto) en mi caso la use para hacer tamales, con un grosor apropiado. El detalle es que llegó golpeada la caja y doblados los tornillos con los cuales se nivelan los engranes. Trate de enderezarlos y pude usar el equipo. Me gustaría saber si pueden enviarme esas piezas para poder usarlo con más confianza. Recomendaría una caja que pueda proteger esa área del equipo.

No trae instrucciones . Hay un cable roto que nose donde va .. no la puedo usar si no se como usarla . Mal muy mal que no traiga Instruciones .

Acabo de comprar una y llego con los tornillos de graduación doblado y no puedo graduarlo qué debo hacer creo que la devolveré
