All that really needs to be said is WOW, buy it! This steam cleaner is amazing; it is extremely effective and easy to use. It even got rid of old tile and grout grime that NOTHING else worked on. It takes less effort than anything else I've used and is reasonably priced. I don't know if more expensive units are better, but this is perfect for my needs. It runs pretty long before needing to refill and you can refill on the go and keep going. The cord is plenty long. The only challenge is changing nozzles while it is hot, if needed, but it's a minor thing to manage. This thing is changing my entire cleaning routine!

This is an amazing one tool solves many cleaning needs. Very easy to use. Light weight which is super important for me. If you are looking for value and easy to maneuver this is definitely the steam mop you really need. Many tools. And no chemicals are needed to get your house clean. Leaves my house smelling fresh. Definitely recommend this product.

The schenley steam mop is a huge time saver! It’s the perfect size and the reservoir holds a decent amounts of water. It takes about 5 minutes to get hot but once it’s hot, it works wonders! I’ve literally gotten grime and dirt off that was stuck on for years. Things that I never thought would come clean again. The cord is really long and I absolutely love that. The steam is visible and it gets really hot making cleaning those tough messes much easier! I highly recommend and would gift it too! Will update if something happens but this machine is a hit so far!

Love it! This steam mop has been really easy to use and surprisingly versatile. I like that it converts to a handheld steamer and comes with multiple attachments. It heats up fast and does a great job cleaning without chemicals. A solid, reliable option if you’re looking for an all-in-one steam cleaner.

I like this steamer a lot. I wish the stick part was a little more sturdy but it does the job & really it could be me that’s heavy handed. The plastic part around the top of the stick broke. I reached out to customer service about a replacement part & they were very helpful. I like the versatility to use different attachments. It’s easy to use. Pretty much self explanatory. I like to use the highest steam Heat level. The cord is long enough to get a couple rooms done at a time before I have to find another outlet. Any longer it’ll be in the way. It is very quiet. I enjoy the steam sound. lol. I’m looking forward to using the newer model. I just wish there was a cordless model if that’s possible.

Received yesterday and tried out today. I bought this mainly to clean my tile floor grout. At 73 getting down on my hands and knees to scrub is getting harder. I was happy with the result, the steam unit seems to work well and it will be easier to maintain the floor and not let the grout get too dirty. The only problem is I question the durability of the attachments. You get two grout brush attachments. I cleaned the kitchen and entry way floor today. Have included a pic comparing the brush I used today to the unused one…the brushes on the used are worn down quite a bit for only one use! Hope replacements will be available in the future because I don’t see these lasting.

We bought a resale home with tile flooring not realizing that dark and dirty grout doesn't clean up easily. I spent well over a day sitting on the floor with a toothbrush hand scrubbing the kitchen floor grout. My entire first floor needed to be done and so it was either that, hire a company and pay out the wazoo or find another way to clean the floors and maintain them so they never get like that again. My daughter recommended this to me because she loves hers. I am so glad I purchased it because it has saved me hours and money! I used the grout brush along with a solution I made up consisting of 2 parts isopropyl alcohol, 1 part Dawn dish soap and 4 parts water. I sprayed that on the grout and worked in 6 foot sections. I was amazed at how easily it cleanup up and not having to get down on the floor was a huge bonus. The unit was easy to set up, heated up within seconds and provided a substantial and very effective amount of steam. Considering the amount of floor I had to cover, I did think the water reservoir could stand to be a lot bigger, but then the unit wouldn't be as light to maneuver so it was something for me, where the benefit outweighed any negative. When I was done with the grout I went over the entire floor with the mop pad. I swear my floors are so shiny and clean that they look brand new. You could literally eat off the floor...it's that good! I had to contact customer service for a question and they got back to me immediately and were over the top courteous and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I can honestly say, (Note: I am not being paid for this review and this product was not given to me), I am very impressed and would recommend this steamer!

This steam mop has been a game changer in our home! It has made mopping the floors so much easier! The steam helps to release stuck on food and grime. It’s easy to fill with water and easy to use. I have 4 stars because I wish it had an off button. It automatically turns on when plugged in - I’d still buy it again though.

This steam mop heats up quickly and cleans floors very well without chemicals. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and removes dirt and sticky spots effortlessly. The reusable mop pads are a nice bonus. Overall, a great purchase and highly recommended.

Quality seemed good, but the device tripped the home power as it is rated for 120V as per the device and not 240V as mentioned in the advert. Did not try using a converter. It is however rated at 1200W so if you need a converter, be careful to select the correct power
