Almost two years in, they work amazingly well
I first bought this thing in January 2024. (I'll explain why I said "first" a little later.) I bought it along with two other competing units, figuring that I would compare them all and whichever one was best, I'd use, while the other ones I'd keep as backups. My old Phillips Sonicare, which I loved and used for years, died and was replaced by a newer, "improved" Sonicare version which only lasted a few months. Then I discovered the old Sonicare which I'd gotten for my wife, who didn't like it for some reason, and I used it for a couple of years before it also died. I looked all over for a new Sonicare, but unless I was willing to pay over a hundred and fifty dollars for a European one which ran off of 240 volts and was the only one that vendor had, I was out of luck. So, the next thing I did was look on Amazon for non-Phillips units, preferably cheap ones, since all I wanted to do was squirt water between my teeth, not high-pressure wash them, or massage my gums, or whatever. Actually I use hydrogen peroxide not water in it (based on how some people use a hydrogen peroxide and baking soda slurry instead of toothpaste), because that way it not only knocks food particles off of my teeth and gums, but is an antiseptic as well, but that's not part of my story. As I said, in January 2024 I ordered three competing low-cost units, totaling about sixty dollars, thinking that $60 for even one of them that worked would be worth it, even if two of them were duds. The other two units had rechargeable battery-powered pumps, and both of them had aspects to them which were undesirable. One seemed as big as a house, but of course it didn't look that huge in the pictures on Amazon. The other one pumped up the water pressure and didn't want to stop squirting until the pressure went down. The third one I tried (this one) looked like a joke. It was small, weighed next to nothing, even with water in it (for my first test - the hydrogen peroxide came later). It felt like a kid's cheap squirt gun, but it worked amazingly well, far better than the others, and maybe even better than the Sonicare. And, actually, it is related to a kid's squirt gun (the kind before Super Soakers), the kind with a trigger which pushed a small amount of water out through the nozzle. They used to cost about a quarter. I questioned how long it would last in everyday use, because even at under ten dollars, if they didn't last very long replacements could add up to enough to justify a "professional" unit, not a redesigned squirt gun. After two months, in March 2024, without running into any problems at all, I really liked it and, just in case it wouldn't last long, I ordered two more for another ten dollars each. After my experience in January spending hours of searching through Amazon and looking at what seemed like hundreds of competing units and finally stumbling across this gem, I didn't want to wind up using it for a few months and have it die on me and find out they were no longer being sold. I kept these two units in their boxes in my closet, in reserve, waiting for my first one to develop a problem. Nothing lasts forever, and sure enough, after eight months of daily use, in October 2024, the nozzle part wouldn't seal with the rest of it. So, I ordered another two of them (five total by then) and started using one from my March order. It is now December 2025 and I've been using that second one every day for about fourteen months with no end in sight. I just love them. So, do I recommend them? Absolutely, yes!

Fantastic
Some of the reviews on here made it seem like this wouldn’t work at all, but I am glad that I didn’t listen. This little guy is wonderful! It’s manual, so of course it doesn’t have the same power as the bigger ones. It still works really well and gets the job done. The size is perfect for travel.

Better throwing your money out the window
Piece of junk! Worked great two times, then the tip started flying off, or the button jams. Garbage!

Great but kinda fragile.
I really like this item but you must handle it with care. I managed to pop the button out and haven't been able yet to fix it. It's great for travel and is very gentle and easy to use. It could be a little sturdier.

Travel water flosser
This is a cheap water flosser that will get the job done. The value is great if you wanna try to add more to your hygiene. The pressure is ok and pretty much how fast you press the button. It is easy to use, you just add water and press the button to spray water. I wouldn't say this is perfect and may not perfectly floss everything but if you want it for like travel, this would be perfect.

Sencillo
No me gustó mucho. Cuando aprietas para que salga el agua se tranca un poco y en poco tiempo se rompió.
