My wife and I are both over six foot tall and about two hundred pounds. She was pregnant at the time. We ordered one of the firmer options. We gave the mattress a shot for three weeks, but found the base foam ultimately wasn't supportive enough and that we sank to deep. The top foam layer was great. We ultimately got a 12 inch gel swirl memory foam from amazon that is firm and amazing, though wasn't to firm when she was pregnant.Overall I was very impressed with the return process. Due to some language issues it took a couple of people to help us, but amazon is on point and elevated it quickly whenever I asked. Was trepidatious about how to return such a large item. Freight shipper showed up and helped my pregnant wife get it out of the living room.

My wife hates this -- I like it. We bought the firm side of the matterss and it's too firm for sleeping on your side. I contacted the company and they will send me a topper at below wholesale price. This is the kind of customer service I like.

We would have NEVER thought of ordering a mattress through amazon or online, but this has been spectacular. We love our new mattress and rotate it monthly. Best mattress with this price.

Doesn't smell at all, very comfortable. Mattress gets pretty warm! We had to buy an extra cooling layer.We ordered regular firm but it feels rather soft to us.
