OMG! It removed the scales and dry patches off my legs! I tried ammonium lactate 12% and Vaseline. But it was not penetrating the scaly patches on my legs until I used this. This is after daily use for 2.5 weeks. A dermatologist said to 1st apply the urea and cover it with a layer of Vaseline which is what I’ve been doing. This also smells great and absorbs quickly. This is THE holy grail to have soft skin down to the deeper layers. Can’t say enough good things about it.
