The best value sketchbook in my opinion for non-mixed media. Good thick paper and has a lot of pages. I use it all the time. Pages don't tear easily but tear OUT easily so they don't get messy edges.

If you're taking an Art class, I suggest buying this book. The paper weight is heavy, and has no bleed through. The pages are also extremely rip resistant. This book is essential if you're studying art. Also, there's a good chance your Professor recommended this product to you!

I was hesitant to purchase "recycled" materials for my sketch work, but this is nice. The backboard on the spiral is a little flimsy, but overall it's worth the savings compared to non-recycled 400. I will purchase again.
