VUZ Moto Dry Duffle Motorcycle Tail Bag, Waterproof Motor-Bike Luggage, 45-Liters

This is a great medium sized waterproof duffel. It's also well designed for use on a motorcycle and comes with tie-down straps. But it's great for so many situations where you want to keep what's inside dry and safe. Camping, boating or any of very many situations.The bag itself is quite sturdy. I like how the strap tie-down anchors are very securely integrated into the handle straps. It's just plain well made! When not being used it also folds down pretty small. This is good when you are expecting to need some more luggage space coming back from a trip.The grey color of the bag does not stand out and call attention to your bike or its contents. It's just nice looking to my eye. On mine the construction was very good. Seams were well made and no defects or problems I found looking it over.It really is very waterproof. I stuffed it with towels and put it into my shower and soaked it down with the hand sprayer. When I opened it up everything was completely dry. Not really a surprise but I did want to give it a test. :-)This is just what I want in a tough duffel. The 45L medium sized duffel is perfect for my needs. I thought it would be nice when I ordered it and it was even better made than I expected. If you have a motorcycle it's a great piece of well designed luggage. If you have a boat or need a waterproof duffel it's also a very good option. Definitely 5 stars in my opinion.

I bought the bag under my wife's account, hence, her name. This is the most useful bag I can imagine. It is used on my motorcycle, in my truck, in my canoe and as an airline carry-on. It is the first bag I reach for. No matter where it goes it keeps the contents dry and my mind at ease.I keep it rolled up on the tail of my bike so it is always ready if needed. See photos. With its low profile, it doesn’t change the looks of my bike and it doesn’t make it more difficult for me to get on and off like a hard tail case. I can ride into town and grab it off the back and carry it into the store and fill it up. Then I use the included straps or cargo net to easily secure it back. Rain, snow, mud or locus swarms, I know the contents are secure and dry. I carry it into the house to unload and then put it back on the bike ready for another adventure.As an ex rafting guide, I can tell you it is as well made as any dry bag I have used. It comes with a shoulder strap for carrying longer distances and 4 soft lopped tie down straps for your bike, car top, raft or canoe. My order was missing a strap. So, I called the toll free number and spoke to a Luz rep. live and in English. He put a replacement in the mail that day. What else can I say, totally impressed in every way. What to buy next, Luz waterproof saddle bags?

Strap clips failed

Just took this bag on a 2 day motorcycle camping trip. Wanted something as big as possible that would still fit strapped behind me on my CRF250L. The measurements on this made it seem perfect. What I didn't account for is that the bag will spread a bit when it's filled and laying across your bike seat so it was about 2 inches wider than I expected. No problem, I took 2 small rokstraps and synched them around the middle from one of the 4 clip points on each side and compressed it into a nice tight roll. Perfect! Holds air when you roll it up so it seems like it should be waterproof (thankfully hadn't had to test it). Seems quite durable and a great value for half to a quarter what the name brands cost. Keep up the good work!

This bag is exactly what one should expect. It works well, has a good size and plenty of attachment points. The quality is NOT spectacular. If you want spectacular go spend $250. The bag is solid and it works. I’ve been running this bag for a year on my tenere700. I’ve beaten this bag up and it’s still going strong.

I have used throwover saddlebags on my Harley Street Bob for years. For a recent trip, a friend recommended this bag. I love it, it holds much, appears waterproof enough for my needs (I always get some rain when riding to/from the Smoky Mountains). Depending on whether I camp or stay in a cabin, which means I either carry a tent and sleeping bag and pad, or not, this is more than enough room. I like how there are several straps to hold the bag to my bike, and there are loops on the top of the bag, at the handles, so if I need to strap something on top, such as the spare pair of tennis shoes which I never think to get "in" the bag, they lash on top.

This bag has been great so far. I took it on a trip up the MABDR last week and it held up really well. The size is perfect, the straps help to keep it small, and the included mounting straps work really well. I kept my sleeping bag and clothes in it and it kept them all dry through rain, fog, and stream crossings. I've only used it for a week so I can't say much for it's durability but it worked fine and seems like it will hold up. Some of the straps aren't as heavy duty as I would have liked though.

The bag would work, but quality on the one I received was pretty crappy. One seam has a 3/4inch gap where it’s not bonded and the other end seams are crooked, not uniform sized and white threading is showing. It looks like a failure waiting to happen. I contacted VUZ directly through their web contact form and got no response. I wanted to email them pictures of the QC issues, but there is no email and the web contact is the only option.The bag is the perfect size for my needs and I’m hoping to get one that’s in better condition.I’m going to have to return it and get another hoping the QC was a one off problem. I’ll update my review as appropriate.Update: received second bag, much better QC. I have used the bag (not in rain yet) 5 times and it holds my backpack and then my riding gear when I change at school. The size is good, my only wish would be a stiff or sturdy bottom and a small outside pocket.

The bag itself is awesome!!! It poured rain for a solid hour one day on our trip and all our clothing was dry. The plastic swivels on the straps however are not very good. One of those broke on the shoulder strap 10 seconds after using it . I did not want to chance using the tie down straps because of the shoulder strap issue. I only gave this 4 stars because of the shoulder strap, The bag itself is 5 star

Fantastic, just did a 10 day tour from Ottawa around the Cabot Trail and back and the bag kept my stuff completely dry when we drove through rain. The quality of the bag and tie-downs is excellent. Lots and lots of room, highly recommend.

Works great. Had to put in cardboard on the bottom to help stiffen it but totally happy with it.Super fast shipping!
