So beautiful
Simply beautiful. It is heavy, well made. Unfortunately did not work for my particular older tub. Not compatible and contractor could not find adapter in this particular color. The customer service was great.

Love the look and feel but the functionality was not good
First off. We installed once where a apiece must have been broken as water was leaking from the shower head when you had the faucet on.Also the design was awkward with turning the faucet to control where was was flowing from. Loved the look and feel- but just missed the actual usage as it didn’t quite deliver on expectation.

Looks Great. Functions Horrible.
I don't like to leave bad reviews but I felt compelled to share what anyone buying this kit should know. This spout is designed to swivel 90 degrees to turn on the showerhead... How this makes any sense or passed quality control is a head-scratcher. If you watch the installation video the supplier provides and you go to the last 15seconds of the video they even show water dripping on the tub deck area while the spout finishes turning off. Then, when you turn all the water off the showerhead drips all over your tub deck area as well. Poor design and as someone who rehabs homes I will never install this product again. AVOID

Absolutely terrible.
We put this in an Airbnb. Guests would push the for the wrong direction until it leaked causing damage to two floors. Would have been fine with a 180 swivel I guess. Also diverter doesn't shut off well causing the shower to leak back down the hose. Get a faucet with a positive shutoff on the diverter. This junk cost me a lot of aggravation and money.

Pretty nice but…
We needed a tub faucet with a long reach so we were limited on our choices to begin with but this one was good looking enough and it had the set up we were looking for.BUT, after I installed it, we realized that it significantly reduced the flow of water. This fixture has doubled the time it takes to fill the tub. 11 minutes for eight inches of water in the tub!We’re stuck with the faucet and it functions well, we like the rotate to turn on the sprayer feature. But if we had known about the significant reduction in flow, we would have chosen a different one.

Trash do not buy this faucet
This looks nice but the handheld does not work I’m going to have to pay my contractor extra to remove it so I can send it back. It’s trash. Agree completely with the other review of this product
