I wore this for a performance this past weekend and it was wonderful. The lighting picked up the sequin sparkles very well and the fringe looked great when spinning. This scarf looks just like the picture and is true to the colors shown. Sometimes it looks more blue and others more purple. Either way it's gorgeous and I received a lot of compliments!

Will fit around 43" (size 12-14) hips if you wear your scarves high-waisted (like I do). Cons - this thing sheds sequins very badly and the tie part is sequined (whyyyy). Worried about this becoming an issue at the small studio I dance at. I'll likely have to offer to sweep after class or make sure to be it on outside of the studio. Other than the sequin issue, it's very lovely. Adore the blue peacock pattern.

I purchased this for belly dance class, and every time I wear it, I get compliments. I purchased the green color, because since it was a peacock pattern, it seemed the best choice.The sequins aren't all that well attached. I can see I am leaving a trail of sequence on the dance floor. It isn't bad enough to detract from the look of it, but it does make a bit of a mess. Probably they are falling out where I tie it around my hips.

Looks great and everyone in class gave me compliments but sequin keep falling everyhere.... i don't know hos to stop them from falling everywhere . I'm keeping it because i love the color but i'll have to figure out how to stop all sequin to fall. I have to use rubber band to tie it. Because sequin goes to the end of the material and when you tie it, they all fall out.

After simply and carefully easing the Scarf out of the plastic bag to look at it, I realized that at least two dozen sequins were all over the floor! I plan to return the item. It's beautiful, but apparently not well-made.

I found this by searching plus size white hip scarf. It is neither white (silver with ivory fringe) nor is it plus sized. It can barely tie around me and I'm a dress size 16.

I received something that looks and feels like a cheap imitation of the item in the photo. The pattern of the sequins was different than pictured, and the material was stiff and scratchy. I’m returning it.

Love the sparkle!!! Wish it had a bit longer of area for putting a knot for the hip. Otherwise I love it.

This was a gift for my fiancee, who loves belly dancing. However, after wearing it for the first time, the sequins started coming off mid-dance. this was quite disappointing.
