Such a cute necklace and I love the star on the chain. Sapphire is the birthstone for September and I bought this as an alternative to one of those necklaces for cremated remains as I am very uncomfortable with handling the ashes. The weight of the charm is great and it is about the size of a nickel. I will be needing to add an extension to the chain, but the size listed in the description is correct at 18" max. I look forward to wearing this necklace almost everyday!

Not very well made and a very tiny chain! More for a little girl than a woman. For £60 there are better options (not on Amazon) nice design but for the money not really worth it! lesson learned. Compared to the second hand Tiffany ring I brought my partner on her last birthday for £100!! This just doesn't cut the mustard! Sorry
