I do SMD assembly. I use these tweezers to handle, position and hold components down to 0402 or QFP 0.4mm spaced pads. They're of satisfactory quality. Mating surfaces meet squarely, They're reassuringly stiff. The dissipative coating works, though it isn't the most hard wearing.The assortment covers almost every need. I would just like to see a crossover tweezer (where it is closed by default and squeezing opens it) to make the set truly universal.There are better tweezer sets for electronics. These are of a good enough quality and low enough price that it short-circuits the "must buy high end overpriced brand name product" gene. It's not like I let people into my lab to see my mad electronics creations, or post about it on the internet or do reviews or anything..... oh. :)

I actually bought these for my tool box to work on tiny parts/things with. The price was worth the purchase and they seem to be good quality (I'm a dude so take that as you may). Not much more I can say except that I am happy with the purchase.

I don't normally have the need to use tweezers like these on a daily basis. That said, sometimes you never know what you are going to need tweezers for. And, more specifically, what type and shape of tweezers you might need. Case in point, my DSLR camera developed a potentially fatal flaw. There was only one way to fix it and that required me to tear the camera down to get to the inside. And that required the removal of 30 of the smallest screws I have ever dealt with. Some of them in very hard to reach places.After observing several videos online for how to fix my DSLR I noticed how many of the solutions involved the use of specialized tweezers. So, I found these on Amazon for $9.99 along with a set of screwdrivers suitable for working on laptops and other electronic equipment. Let's see: spend less than $20 on supplies like these or toss the camera and spend $900 for a new camera? That was an easy call - order these tweezers and see if I could fix it myself. I can always use the tweezers later for other jobs.The good news is that these fit the job perfectly. I used two different tweezers while working on the camera and they both performed admirably. They were instrumental in getting some of those tiny screws back into place in deep recesses of the camera so they could be screwed back in. The tweezers come in a nice rugged pouch with velcro closure and plastic sleeve tips to protect the ends of the tweezers when not in use.Bottom line: they work, appear to be well constructed and are certainly affordable. I will use these again and again. Oh, and I was able to fix my camera and it is working again. So, $10 spent on these saved me $900 on a new camera.

I have recently ventured into watch repair and maintenance. I like the complication, however, all of my forceps and tweezers had too broad of points. I was finding difficulty with the tiny parts. Since I received the set, I have had great success in repairing some watches. I have an automatic movement that is very complicated and needs extra small forceps to get control of the almost microscopic parts. With a great magnifying visor and these tools, I have been successful. I was not expecting much bit I got a fantastic set for an extremely low price. I recommend this set and I may buy more for an aggrandizwd set with a bit more diversity.

I’ve had this set for years and I can’t imagine doing without it. I bought this for my grandson who is just starting on his maker journey.

I use these to put together models.I've had other tweezers before and to tell the truth. They were garbage.These aren't like that at all. Very well made. Great points the match up perfectly. Made for good heavy metal that you don't have to worry about warping or bending. They are just probably the best set I've ever purchased.I wish I would have known about these when I first started building model's.It would have saved me a lot of problems and money.Now for the big questions. Would I but them again. Yes.. Don't think I'll have to. They are to well made. These are lifetime tweezers.2nd question.. Are they worth the price.. Again yes. I've purchased several sets in my time. I've also purchased tweezers one at a time.Most of the sets were crap. Cheap and poorly made of cheap metal that didn't match up at the points and bent easily. The singles I've purchased were good. But to buy the types of tweezers that are in this kit. It would have cost 3x as much.If you need to do any kind of small delicate work. These are perfect and we'll worth the money
