Themachine is working fine but I am worried that even on short term use, very bad reviews by the users. Repenting not going through reviews carefully before purchasing. Particularly the two LG ovens earlier were functional after 10 years of use. It’s funny and stupid that you have to reset the clock every time you switch it off from power

God I love this machine!!
A great machine with all the right features. I have been using it over 10 months now and exploring all the features of this.The combo features are great however the most versatile and easy to use features like Slim Fry options are the best!!! An absolute Value For Money.

In terms of the design and looks you might not find this close to the IFB microwaves.But it does add classiness to your kitchen and appliance collection. The decision to buy this shall be very subjective.A good product. Too early to post a detailed feedback.. Since, Samsung has been a globally renowned brand, it's highly unlikely that we shall be facing any issues with the product. Fingers Crossed

The media could not be loaded. Grilling stick could have been given.Rest all good. Model is latest model. The function are easy if only microwave is used. Rest we have not used yet much.

Disappointed – Stopped Working Within 2 Years
I was initially impressed with this Samsung microwave's features and performance. However, to my disappointment, it stopped working within 2 years of purchase, and now there's no power coming to the unit at all. While the product advertises a 10-year warranty on the ceramic enamel cavity, the standard 1-year warranty on the rest of the components is insufficient for a product in this price range.For a reputed brand like Samsung, I expected better durability and after-sales support. Unfortunately, the repair costs after the warranty period make it less worthwhile. I wouldn't recommend this model unless Samsung improves its standard warranty coverage.

Smart microwave with slim fry, grill convection..
Liked all the features..the only drawback is the way the door opens..downwards like an oven..little cumbersome.Still figuring out how to use all the functions.
