When muscle cramps have you jumping out of bed at night, just keep this lotion nearby and apply directly to the spot (feet, legs, hands, back, etc). This never fails to eliminate painful muscle cramps in minutes! And when I remember to use it every few days, I no longer experience those episodes at all. Great stuff! Great price! I have sensitive skin and it does sting only slightly once in a while but usually only for a few minutes and then it settles down. Compared to the great relief it offers from actual PAIN, I consider the occasional slight stinging a non-issue. Plus, it's one less pill to take as this seems to satisfy my body's relentless need for magnesium. Love the scent and silky feel, too. I have recommended this to everyone I know who suffers with muscle cramping and they all agree with my assessment of this product.

I love this lotion!! I really, really like that the ingredient list is relatively short, and it's free of nasty chemicals. I originally purchased this for sore calf muscles from Triathlon training a few years back (and it really helped!), but I still purchase it regularly since it works amazingly well at relaxing tight shoulder & neck muscles after all day hunched T-Rex style over a computer! The smell, as other reviewers have noted, does smell of vanilla and does remind me of marshmallows or angel food cake. I'm okay with that fact since I mostly use it at night before bed. Therefore, I highly recommend this lotion! I've even started using it on my face for extra moisture at night although I have very sensitive skin, but it has accepted the lotion well - no breakouts, hives, or rashes!

I use this for nights when I am in pain from overexertion, muscle and joints, back pain. It alleviates the pain and helps me sleep. I love it because it serves the same purpose-and just as well as-ibuprofin but it's much better for kidneys, liver and overall health. The packaging could be better because its hard to squeeze out but i solved that by just removinh the lid instead and I dump a little on my palm so even that is fine.

Good observancy I’m not sure that it really helps with pain like it was recommended for.

I love this stuff! Overall smells and feels great. It’s a very light vanilla scent. I can feel the Shea in this, my skin soaks it up. My ankle has been hurting and I put some on it and I noticed a difference walking. Much less pain. I put some on my back and I feel some difference. It almost has a warming effect. I love it

Takes awhile to absorb. Lotion is soothing but didn’t give relief for husband achy back or for mine. Recommended by chiropractor. Hope it works for others.

This product really works especially for getting a good nights sleep. I rib a little on my feet and sometimes behind my neck or along my calf’s and sleep like a baby.

Bought this because my 6yo has lots of growing pains in his legs. He would be up all night crying. After looking into many option sand diet changes with no success we tried "magic lotion" as we call it. Worked wonders. When he starts having issues we simply lotion him up. We started using it on ourselves too when you notice aches and pains and it works great. Smells like cake, but i gave 0 stars on flavor because we didn't taste it (don't think ingesting it would be good for you lol)
