The straps are adjustable but stay firm in their place once applied. The straps are a little awkward given placement on glutes and under the leg but didnt have any issues with friction/chafing. The pressure pad is discreet compared to other belts I tried which me as a female appreciate since I dont want it noticeable. Definitely recommend!
