It has amazing flavor it has a really great taste and I used it on my collard greens and they came out really well. I use the half of a pack because I had one bunch of collard greens about three cups and they came out really really well they were very flavorful and I recommend this product to anyone who like Flavor in their greens.

Yay! Mr. Booker
This little packet of flavor enhancer for my collards added the right flavor to my greens that I just couldn't get right by myself. I am a definite fan of these packets and kudos to "Mr. Booker" for the added help "we" second and third generation chefs of the southern cuisine need(ed) to get it right! Thumbs up!
