Good for medical uses. Very useful for pain and swelling.

I thought that the frozen part would be a soft gel that can be bent and wrapped and be soft against an injury. It isn’t. The only flexibility is between the sections. Otherwise stays cold and wraps ok.

Although I received a damaged product the seller kindly let me keep it and refunded the cost. I patched it up super glue with some effort and was able to put it to use. It works wonders so I am willing to overlook the damage to it.

Poor quality. Used this one, along with other similar products, exhaustively during mother's post Knee replacement surgery and this one started leaking after 2-3 weeks only. And both the packs I bought, not one. Skip this one!!

This product, as described by the vender, is usable as a cold as well as hot pack and is particularly attractive. The straps to tie it on to the affected area of the body makes it hands free, a very convenient feature. It is simple to use.

awful, totally NOT recommended. i received the item leaking the liquid inside it, leaving the plastic bag messy. Without a return option!!
