BUNN 04275.0031 VPS 12-Cup Pourover Commercial Coffee Brewer, with 3 Warming Stations (120V/60/1PH)

I purchased this to replace an older version of this Bunn appliance for our church. It is terrific. Easy to set up and use, dependable and reliable, plus it makes great coffee! The Bunn unit we had still worked, but leaked water. However, it was 20 years old. This is the new version, and it's terrific. It doesn't come with a decanter, however, so you'll need to order however many you need. We had two with the old one and I ordered a third. This is a fine machine and I highly recommend it for churches, businesses, or anywhere you need a good coffee maker that can make and hold coffee quickly. By the way, you do not have to connect this to a water supply, like the commercial Bunn units.

We purchased this BUNN machine to replace an older model. These machines are great! We set up the coffeemaker the day we received it and immediately poured through several pots of water to see how it was working. After doing that, we walked away and came back a couple hours to discover that the unit was boiling over from the inside. After spending time searching the internet, we learned that there is a thermostat inside and the settings were at the hottest setting (sent that way from the factory). After tweaking it and getting the temperature correct, it worked perfect! We wish it came with a manual that gave us instructions about that. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another - it's doing a great job for us!

I BOUGHT 2 OF THESE COFFEE MAKERS FIRT ONE HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AND NOW THE 2ND ONE HAS WATER LEAKING FROM EVERY WERE.HAD THIS ONE FOR 4 MO.I NEED TO SEND IT BACDK CANT FIND A NUMBER OR ANYTHING PLEASE HELP I WANT TO BUY A DIFFERENT KIND I USE THIS FOR CHURCH SUNDAYS

This is a classic coffee maker that we use for our church group. It works as advertised, but it must be cleaned with the wire device (supplied) on a regular basis or the coffee simply will not proceed to the pot after brewing. Be sure to note that this coffee maker does not come with carafes; they must be purchased separately. The ones I bought do work well and are relatively easy to maintain.

Put this coffee maker at our church! Our last 2 pot Bunn lasted for years and years so we wanted the same quality…just upgraded to the 3 pot version! It’s perfect!

I bought this for a small business hoping that the Bunn quality would pay off. Very disappointed. It started to leak 16 months after I bought it ($364 at the time) Bought new October 2022 and it began leaking in February 2024. One of the switches had to be replaced during that time. Overall this is not worth the cost. As of April 2024 the cost is now $500 and that is definitely a waste of money since you'll need to replace it.
