I just began using this to try to balance my hormones but I hope to also benefit for aid in sleeping better as at night. I was previously using another brand that was great but I saw the price and review on this brand so I wanted to give it a try. I take once capsule daily and its easy to swollen with no taste. I like the combination of turmeric, Rhodiola Rosea, ginger and black paper all together. its too soon to tell but I hope this will be effective as it looks promising. one capsule has about 400mg of Aashwagaha according to the label, not sure I would consider that extra strength. its a good buy for your money ,

I’m so pissed. I was taking this along with maca and they both completely ruined my life. This is after about a month and a half of healing and I’ve never in my life of almost 30 years had acne. I didn’t want to go outside because my face was bleeding and scabby. I didn’t even pick at it either as I have a really nice skin regimen and really take care of my skin. I think the maca did worse for my gi but I had to do an elimination process because I started them at the same time and every time my face cleared a little bit both supplements caused a huge break out. It was so severe I looked scary. It was completely cystic too I thought I had staph but I went to the doctor and they asked if I was taking anything that could throw off my hormones — both maca and ash do this especially if it’s not a good brand. I should have read the bad reviews because I only read the good ones. I’ve tried everything to get my skin to calm — but mostly leaving it alone. I’m incredibly mad because I will have these scars for so long. I read a review about hair thinning as well and it’s totally possible the same thing happened to me. I have really thick hair so thank god it isn’t noticeable but a lot of it has been falling out. Lastly it elevated my mood I guess but it also gave me repetitive panic attacks for a month after the stop of use. I have panic disorder but I haven’t had a panic attack in about a year or so and this one was so bad I didn’t and couldn’t be alone. Wish I could get a refund.
