Works well but had a crack to the top of black knob at the top of the urn... Been using it for around 4 weeks now and noticed water dripping from the tap after use... The drip tray is to high so canny get a mug underneath it while the drip tray is there

I have reported it but not heard anything back......I persevered but its so noisy, rattling and banging...I was worried it would blow up so stopped using it. Shame as it worked ok but kept me awake all night if left on for the morning...It was o ly quiet for a very short time...

This urn is superb! I bought it for serving mulled wine at family parties and it was excellent. Probably a bit big for the 4 bottles I used it for, but that didn't matter. It kept the contents at a constant 65 deg C which ensures a warming drink but without boiling off all the alcohol. Finish and quality is first class. Neat drip tray clicks on to the front.

Excellent product. A must for anyone requiring extra hot water in the kitchen, restaurant, function room, etc.

Great water heater does the job but lasted for only 6 months under 24 hour operation maintaining temp at 80 deg C
