Both myself and daughter are autistic, I also have alexithymia and struggle with verbalising and recognising my emotions. We have a board for each member of the family and it makes life so much easier to help everyone understand how other people are feeling.The boards themselves are very sturdy and excellent quality, would recommend.

My daughter loves it changes her mood when she sees fit and it’s great way for me to help understand her moods at points of the day and why :) makes her happy 😊 makes me happy she will soon be 5 and likes to express her feelings

I loved the fact that they do these in different skin tones/ complexions. Both my daughters have different skin tones and they were both able to get a chart that somewhat resembled them. Had never seen this before. My daughters thought they were great and love them.Sometimes we don't want to talk about how we feel so these can come in very handy when a child isn't feeling so positive and calm about life etc. Gives us room to talk. Would recommend.

Great idea we've put it in the halllwayb so my daughter can set use when she wakes up or when shes walked in after school

This is a well made, well illustrated product that let's you choose different skin colours that your child can most relate to. Our child immediately started using it and loves to use it as a check in on how he's feeling. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I’m not sure about the benefits as we have yet to start using it but the quality is fantastic. I am really pleased with it. I’ve used glue dots to fix it as the Velcro requires a bit of force to pull so it might require more than blu tack.Delivery was super fast as a bonus!
