Q: I have Youngnuo 600EX-RT which i want to use with Fujifilim X-T1. Will this cable help for high speed sync?

Not sure,, but I can tell you that these cords are cheap.. I had to return both purchases I made because they literally starting falling apart at the connectors within days of use. Spend the money for a quality cord.

Q: Will this cable connect to a flash that does not have a threaded port?

I could not answer the question because my equipment is threaded. I would imagine it would work simply because the threads are only to anchor the cable.

Q: I have a hasselblad 80mm 2.8 cf lens and a neewer 750ii, has anyone tested to see if this cord works in that or a similar hasselblad v configuration?

Worked with my hasselblad 80 2.8, and a godox trigger sometimes it isn't snug and causes misfires.

Q: Is the screw lock required or will friction fit be sufficient to hold this snugly to the camera and flash unit?

Friction fit will work, but if you have screen locks available why not use them.
